Fallout 4 developer Bethesda has just released a brand new video in its SPECIAL series, this time focusing on the Perception attribute and how investing points in the feature impacts regular gameplay.

Fallout 4 arrives later this fall and Bethesda has showcased all sorts of different details in recent months, highlighting major mechanics like shooting and other role-playing features.

It has also confirmed that many classic systems are coming back from past Fallout titles, chief among which being the SPECIAL system of attributes, which governs a huge amount of the actual gameplay.

In order to showcase just how important these skills are, last week the studio kicked off a video series, with the first chapter focusing on Strength.

Now, the second iteration has just arrived, this time highlighting the Perception attribute. As you can see in the hilarious footage below, this skill lets players spend more action points in the VATS mechanic, and helps as well in more nefarious activities, such as looting, pickpocketing, and other such things.

The video also holds some Easter Eggs, especially at the beginning, when various enemies are presented, including a really big one for a brief moment.

You can expect other such videos in the weeks to come, as Bethesda is going to go through each of the remaining attributes in the SPECIAL system.

Fallout 4 arrives on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 11, worldwide, according to Bethesda.
