What's new in Scorcher Reviver 1.01

- Installer:
- "Registration e-mail" and "Registration code" will be saved when reinstalling
- Demo:
- Fixed error in configuration file "scor95.bin" loader - settings should be saved properly
- Increased visible game controller drop down list items from 2 to 5
- Add game controller UID before item name (helps to distinguish similar devices in list)
- Selected screen resolution will be forced to apply in "Graphics" menu instead race start
- Selected screen resolution should not switching between menu and race anymore
- Borderless windowed mode in "Mode: Window" if "Resolution" matched desktop screen size
- Windowed mode should be fixed under Virtual Machines ("NO VIDEO MEMORY" error)
- Fixed incorrect game controller selection in the startup dialog
- Fixed disabled Y-axis on 2-axes game controllers
- Russian documentation converted from windows-1251 to UTF-8 charset
- Minor code cleanup
