Hero Lab - Shadowrun (5th Edition)

Shadowrun is a role-playing game set in a near-future, fictional, alternate universe in which cybernetics, magic, and fantasy creatures co-exist. Cyber-Punk meets Tolkien fantasy, and it already reached the 5th edition.

As with all of the most popular pen-and-paper or tabletop RPGs out there, this game received its supplemental pack for the Hero Lab character creation program. What this supplemental does is essentially take the extremely flexible character creation program and provide it with the rule sets from the Shadowrun game.

This means that you can create your ideal character, starting from the name, race, attributes, backstory, inventory content and so forth. More so, you can even upload images such as custom avatars, to make everything feel even more interactive. These are all regulated by limitations set by the game rules (you can't spend more points in a particular field than the game would allow it, etc.)

Given the nature of the pack, it can transform Hero lab in both a learning tool for those not yet familiar with the world of Shadowrun, but it can also be used as a tool for developing one's skills, thus improving them.
