Time management games are kind of unilateral when it comes to what you have to do, and there are certainly a lot of them that involve making drinks and serving them. Alas, Yummy Drink Factory is another one of those.

With Yummy Drink Factory, you get a little story. It’s poorly written, and it doesn’t do much for the game except for explaining the protagonist's predicament. It all starts when the main character, a young woman, gets lost in the woods and goes to find some help in a strange coffee shop.

There, she shows a complete lack of manners, and as it turns out, the owner is a witch. To punish her for her anti-social ways, the witch traps her on a fantasy island where she must serve dessert beverages until she learns a thing or two about manners.

In Yummy Drink Factory, you do what you have to do in every time management game that involves serving stuff. You will be put inside a booth and have to prepare a bunch of drink recipes for the clients that show up.

The gameplay revolves around clicking the ingredients, mixing them until you get the right drink and then serving it. Recipes become more complicated as you advance, and if you waste time or get them wrong, you will earn less cash. Yummy Drink Factory also comes with the rest of the standard features such as the possibility to upgrade your booth so that customers don’t mind waiting a bit longer to be served.

In closing, Yummy Drink Factory is a nice game from a visual point of view, and as far as time management games go, it’s more than ok. The bad part is that it doesn’t have a particular kind of spark that keeps you entertained, it’s a bit flat.
