Seven Seas is a cute tactical game that features a white galleon and tens of pirate ships that are out to sink it. In this little game, you will have to battle the pirates and emerge victorious without taking a single hit.

In Seven Seas, things are fairly simple in terms of gameplay. You control a galleon, and your mission is to sink all the pirate ships. Each turn, you can move in a direction or fire your cannons but never both at the same time.

The pirate ships will not fire at you, but they have their hearts set on crashing into your galleon to sink it. You better blast them to pieces before they reach you. You can fire both side canons at the same time, and if you’re lucky, you can take out two pirate ships. In case, the enemy starts to overwhelm you and you see no way of sinking them with your cannons, there are whirlpools at the corners of the maps in which you can dive. If you make it, you will emerge unsaved at a random position.

Every ten levels, you are allowed to play a bonus mission. In it, you have to use Minesweeper gameplay rules to find a hidden treasure. It’s an easy to play the game but if you don’t know the rules of the Windows game, you won’t do very well. Especially since you get just one shot at it.

Each pirate ship you sink grants you points, and every one thousand milestone you reach gives you an extra galleon, or life to use.

Seven Seas is a small but good game. For the casual gamer, this classic should be a good enough challenge. Especially since the game’s difficulty gets serious once you put in into high.
