Let's Ride: Riding Star is a game that has quite a lot of years behind it and in the looks department it might not catch your attention but it’s still above decent. Whether you’re grooming the horse, training it for a competition or simply riding in the countryside during a sunset, things look good.

The game allows you to create your own character, male of female, and customize them with plenty of shirts, shoes, pants, hats and hairstyles. Since the stars of the game will always be the horses you ride, they can be decorated with saddle blankets, ribbons and more.

Let's Ride: Riding Star doesn’t cut back at all when it comes to simulation. You will have to extensively train your horses, take care of them by cleaning and feeding them, and you will also have to pay special attention to their stamina level during a practice session or competition round.

Most of the controls revolve around the use of the mouse so you’ll need to master handling the horse as fast as possible if you want to get the best results. Just clicking a mouse button won’t be enough to obtain perfect jumps, you will also have to plan horse speed, jumping time and of course, angle.

Let's Ride: Riding Star has its visual setbacks but from a controls and options point of view, it’s still a decent game. Moreover, taking the horse out on a cross country ride or dressage session and hearing the sounds of hooves on the ground is really relaxing.
