Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe Demo
Use your skills as a real estate entrepreneur and try to take over the European market in this fun simulator #Build house #Restore house #Real estate #Build #House #Cottage
Making money from real estate is not easy, especially if the economy is not in tip-top shape. However, one can still find people to sell houses to, or at least rent them at reasonable prices and make a profit in spite of a financial crisis. In order to do so, you must make sure that the houses you are trying to sell or rent are attractive enough for people to part easier with their money.
Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe is a casual simulation game in which you have to build all sorts of houses across Europe and make a profit by selling or renting them to other people. The goal is to make as much money as possible, while pleasing the tenants and keeping your neighborhoods clean and attractive to new clients. The game itself is not very difficult to understand or play, which is why everyone can easily learn the basics and get good at it.
There are multiple missions spread around the entire European continent, which means that you get to visit a variety of countries along the way. Naturally, each country has a specific architecture you must pay attention to, otherwise people won’t be interested in what you have to offer. Countries like Italy and Switzerland are more interested in leisure homes somewhere in the mountains, while people from other countries want to be close to the heart of the city.
Given the fact that your goal is to make money, you need to gradually ask more for rent, which is not feasible unless you make the price bump worth it. Hence, you can use the workers to upgrade your houses, which automatically increases their comfort and rent. Each house can be upgraded a number of times, and you get more money from each tenant with every upgrade you commission.
Speaking of which, you have a limited number of workers on your payroll, which means that you need to wait for them to finish one job before you take care of the next. However, it is possible to hire additional ones, although they are quite expensive to train. The materials used for upgrades costs a decent amount of money as well, which kind of limits your options.
Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe can be the perfect distraction for those who enjoy building stuff and hoarding money. The game can be replayed as many times as you wish, because each level can turn out differently in the end.
