Dizzel

Dizzel is an MMO 3rd-person shooter that is designed to offer an action-filled experience in which two teams have to take each other out in order to win. It comes with a fast paced gameplay where you’ll be either delivering bullets or dodging them with no time for breaks or just walking around.

Though you find yourself in a team, Dizzel isn’t what you would really call a co-op game so you’ll pretty much have to rely on how well you can aim and shoot.

It’s a game where you do get a leveling system and as you progress new items are unlocked but most of them will be available for you by purchase with in-game earned credits. The amount you receive is tied down to how well you perform in the arena so you have the incentive to do your best in order to get the weapon with the most damage and accuracy.

You shouldn’t kick a man when he’s down but in Dizzel you might just want to make an exception as the game allows you to apply a finishing move to fallen foes. They’re rather brutal looking and just part of the gore factor because when you’re weapon is out of ammo or you want to unleash the barbarian in you, there’s your trusty axe or sword that you can swing at the enemies head.

The latter experience of slicing your enemy can be quite satisfying but a lot of the time you’ll be gunned down by an adversary while you’re taking sweet time to enjoy completing the kill.

When it comes to looks, Dizzel won’t leave your jaw on the floor as the graphics are decent at best. Character animations are good and when it comes down to the physics, on some rare occasions you might just get a good chuckle from some pretty amusing bugs.

The game also implements a cover system that allows you to gain a bit of time to assess the situation and plan your next move but it doesn't really seem to work.

All-in-all, despite a few visual and design issues which ultimately might end up being fixed, Dizzel is still a fun game to play with strangers or friends as it does tend to bring up the competitive spirit in you.
