Wildlife Park is a game that tests your ability to tackle these challenges, by allowing you to be in charge of a zoo and take care of its every aspect, including the environment, staff, and of course, the animals themselves.

Although you start off with just a few acres of land and a ticket booth to receive the visitors, the work you have to put into the establishment in order to make it functional quickly proves to be a daunting task, since, despite the expectations, animals need a lot of attention in order to be happy. Hence, water and food are just the tip of the iceberg, but not even that is as easy as it sounds, since different animals require different types of food.

After you start getting the hang of the game, you quickly realize that you have to think ahead before making any modifications to the environment, since every little detail can have a big impact on the fauna. Moreover, the game provides you with an extensive terrain editor as well, which can be used to deform the land and give it the appropriate shape in order to house specific species. As you progress, new animals become available, which obviously come with their own set of requirements.

While in the story mode you get to complete missions and you have clear objectives ahead of you, the things are not that simple in free mode. Here, you are basically given the building blocks and you must use your experience to create the zoo from scratch, which means that a good chunk of your time is spent on arranging the environment and tending to the various needs of your acquisitions.

Finally, Wildlife Park truly delivers when it comes to the freedom you have over the course of the gameplay, as well as the huge number of variables that need to be taken into consideration each time you decide to acquire new animals. In the end, the purpose is to make the creatures happy and increase your profits in the mean time.
