The Island: Castaway is a role-playing game with casual and action elements where you will have to help Tom survive while exploring a mysterious island.

Tom, a 32 year old man was travelling aboard a ship while a huge tsunami crashed into the ship making it sink. All the people that were on board at the time of the crash were thrown out to sea. Tom was one of them. While unconscious Tom has a strange nightmare where a sailor wanted to sacrifice a young woman.

Waking up Tom realizes he's on a tropical island and begins exploring. He soon finds out that the island is filled with fruit and it can be eaten for energy. Upon closer inspection he encounters other survivors and they set up a camp.

One of the people from the camp is John, a specialist in ancients writings. While exploring the island John begins to find strange writings and even statues of ancient Gods. This is a mystery you'll have to explore closer.

Gather tools like a fishing rod, an axe or a crab trap and start gathering supplies while exploring every single part of the islands. Gather fruits, fish and vegetables and use them to create complex dishes that will restore your energy and will allow you to move forward.

It is up to you if Tom and his castaway friends will escape from the island so start playing this addictive game and see if you can collect all the achievements.
