Spirit of Revenge: Elizabeth's Secret uses names of people that have existed in history, so the story does gain a bit more value. As far as the story goes, it’s interesting and with a good dose of mystery behind it.

As you would expect, the plot features betrayal, houses set on fire, misleading people and a bit of humor. From a visual point of view, Spirit of Revenge: Elizabeth's Secret is neither here nor there when it comes to quality. It’s nice in most parts, but the animations are just decent.

Spirit of Revenge: Elizabeth's Secret features the established gameplay mechanics that the genre has used for years. You are put face to face with several environments, and you have to click your way through puzzles and doors until you reach the end of the story.

Some of the clues are well hidden; others are in plain sight and the puzzles get interesting at times. The game is a nice blend of casual versus complicated. Playing it at a high difficulty level makes the entire thing more worth it.

Despite the generic setbacks, Spirit of Revenge: Elizabeth's Secret is a good hidden object game. The music and audio effects are great, and the story does keep you interested throughout the entire thing.
