Research is also a great part of the game, because that is how you unlock better technology and with it the power to defeat even the most resilient zombie hordes out there. The difficulty level is quite high, but not ridiculously so, in order for the game to be accessible to newcomers as well. Moreover the replayability is through the roof, given the fact that the galaxy is randomly generated each time you start the story from the top.
