Rolling Sun

Rolling Sun is a cool looking 3D platformer in which you take control over a magical stone ball representing the Sun God on Earth, that has to overcome all sorts of obstacles to counter the Moon God's plans.

As you are born from an ancient sacred stone and you start rolling through the amazing scenery, you'll encounter various obstacles that might stop you in your path if you're not fast enough to navigate past them.

The CryENGINE 3 plays a big role in rendering the beautiful scenery which carefully integrates various elements from ancient cultures like Maya and Inca. In this magical universe you represent the presence of the Sun God on Earth and all your powers will be granted by none other than the Sun itself.

To overcome the obstacles in your path you will have to prove you posses a very good eye to hand coordination that will allow you to easily navigate on slim wooden planks, jump over rocks, cross rivers and deep chasms.

Besides rolling around, the stone ball has also a few basic skills that will be procedurally unlocked as you progress through the adventure. At first, the ball will only be able to perform simple jumps that along with momentum can help you reach higher platforms.

After a while, the Sun will grant you new skills, such as double jump, float, and dash, which can be used to further advance through the story and stop the Moon God from putting his plans into action.

Rolling Sun is a challenging platformer with a beautifully rendered world that will never stop to amaze as you progress through the story. The physics work pretty well and, along with the ball's skills, will help overcome every obstacle you encounter even if you'll have to restart a checkpoint multiple times until you do things right.
