The world of gaming has been quite unfair towards those brain eating creatures called zombies and most of the time you get the chance to bash their heads with a tool or blow them to pieces with a powerful weapon, but what if you'd stepped on the other side of the barricade?

In Plight of the Zombie you'll get the chance to guide a few brain-hungry zombies towards their victims while making sure they won't get splattered all over the sidewalk during the process.

Each neighborhood has its own zombie stars and you'll get to meet each and every one of them while doing your best to use their skills towards completing your main goal: eating all the brains.

While at first you will start with your average Joe zombie capable of “making new friends” only by touching them, later on, you will get to meet his not so intelligent comrades capable of far greater things.

While each level requires a fair amount of plotting, the game features a quick learning curve that will slowly introduce you to the abilities of your green friend. Basically, all you need to do is to set a path for your zombie, but how and when he gets there is a whole new story.

Some zombies are smaller and capable of fitting through tighter areas, but they have poor health and they can be killed easily. While at first it will be easy to avoid the enemy's line of sight, later on, you will only be able to advance by taking in consideration the powers of each zombie and making them help each other.

Let's take Charlie Chunker for example. He doesn't mind at all being shot, but he's too big for small doors, and that's where Crag Creeper comes into play. As you progress you will unlock two more zombie types that will progressively increase the difficulty of the puzzles requiring a more distributive thinking to be solved.

Completing levels will also earn you a bit of cash which can be spend on fun customization items to dress up your zombies just like you want it.

Plight of the Zombie is a fun puzzle game that will captivate you from the moment you find your first brain. The variety of zombies, human enemies, simple control method, not to mention the wacky accessories, make Plight of the Zombie a must play for any puzzle enthusiast.
