Like with all hidden object games, you can’t stray much from the patented gameplay so Phantasmat: The Dread of Oakville Collector's Edition follows up on that tradition. However, this one looks a lot better than most games from this genre, and if you’re the type who occasionally plays them, this can be a good choice.

The animations are well-crafted and the effects look good. So does most of the stuff in it and going from one chapter to another of the story will introduce you to some interesting and eerie environments.

Another thing that Phantasmat: The Dread of Oakville Collector's Edition has going for it is the difficulty of the puzzles, but not for all of them. With a good visual design come some equally good looking puzzles that are nice to solve.
