Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren's Call

Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren's Call is the second chapter of the hidden object trilogy where you will have to go face to face with Davy Jones and his minions once more.

Take on the role of the curator for the Caribbean Museum. In your previous adventure you have to deal with undead pirates and the evil Davy Jones. This horrifying pirate is said to have an affinity for evil and after his death was transformed into a demon. He will grant your deepest desire but will accompany it with a dreadful curse.

THis new adventure begins one night when a man turns up at the museum holding a strange package. After he asks you to open it, cursed pirates spring from nowhere and steam the artifact that was closed inside the box: the Golden Octopus.

It’s up to you to travel to Kingsmouth, find the golden fish tokens and the Golden Octopus, defeat the evil Mayor Murray and restore the powers to a beautiful mermaid.

Finding all the artifacts and defeating Davy Jones for a second time won’t be easy. As Ms. Black your task is harder than the first time as the infamous pirate knows you’re coming. And if thing weren't bad enough, you’ll also have to stop an evil Kraken that was summoned by Mayor Murray.

Travel to various locations that will leave your breathless and explore hand-drawn hidden objects scenes in an attempt to find all the missing artifacts. You’ll also have to solve jigsaws and lots of other types of puzzles in order to be able to advance further.

The story is quite good, if you’re into adventures like the Pirates of the Caribbean and it’s beautifully told using quality, hand-drawn animations, while the music and sound perfectly complement it.

Speaking for myself, I can’t wait to play the final chapter of the trilogy.
