Labyrinths of the World: Stonehenge Legend Collector's Edition
Explore a new world after an interdimensional portal opens up at Stonehange in this exciting adventure game #Hidden object #Adventure game #Puzzle game #Puzzle #Adventure #Stonehenge
Our planet is full of monuments, temples and various other constructions that may seem pretty strange nowadays, especially since people worked so hard to erect them back in the day. In fact, many are skeptical that men alone could have put together some of the more impressive structures, yet we shouldn’t underestimate our potential to work with only the most basic tools and resources.
Labyrinths of the World: Stonehenge Legend is a hidden object adventure game in which you get to explore a fascinating world and learn its secrets at the same time. Unfortunately, this is not the right place to look for innovation, because the game is based on the same set of gameplay mechanics are every other HOPA out there. The puzzles and the story are the only things that are not the same, but that should be good news for the fans of the genre.
To begin with, the story starts with a pretty riveting scene in which you find yourself in front of a magnificent portal that opened up at the famous Stonehenge. After a bit of tinkering, you manage to get through the said portal and begin exploring the world that lies beyond it. On top of that, you also have to unravel its secrets and find a way to restore order in both worlds.
As mentioned before, the gameplay mechanics are nothing out of the ordinary, since you should be able to start playing right away if you are an old fan of the genre. In short, the goal is to find certain objects that help you advance from one scene to the next, while also tackling the puzzles in between. It’s not difficult per se, but some of the puzzles can pose a bit of a challenge, at least if you do not want to abuse the skip function.
The good part is that the game looks impressive from a visual point of view, especially when it comes to the landscapes and the objects that decorate them. Everything is shiny and very detailed, probably helped by the fact that most of the assets are hand drawn by artists. The soundtrack is nice as well, but don’t expect anything worthy of your permanent record collection.
Even if Labyrinths of the World: Stonehenge Legend lacks the power to innovate and provide you with new experiences, at least it’s intriguing and fun to play. On top of that, the graphics help a lot with immersion, and the story is quite enjoyable. NOTE: This is a downloader for the game.
