GraviTire 3D Demo
Race through a variety of landscapes using a simple tire and momentum, thanks to the advanced phsyics engine #Gravity tire #Arcade racing #Racing game #Gravity #Tire #Racing
Racing games usually require a bit of skill and concentration, especially those that emphasize on realism and an accurate depiction of racing conditions. However, in case you are not in the mood to know exactly how much pressure you are allowed to put on the shock absorbers, you can just enjoy a simple arcade racing game, which provides you with the opportunity to have some fun and not worry about anything else than speed.
GraviTire 3D is not that serious, nor does it feature complicated mechanics when it comes to driving. Instead, you only get to control a tire as it keeps rolling down the road, with the ability to apply some force on it in order to prevent it from jumping too high and losing speed. Hence, realism is definitely not part of the equation and you do not have to worry about anything but being first at the finish line.
In fact, there are no turns either, which means that you only go in a straight line for the entire duration of the race. Since the tire has no means of propulsion other than magic, you must use the momentum in your favor and apply a bit of downward force on it whenever a valley approaches. This way, you can keep gaining speed, at last until the next hill comes along.
To prevent you from getting too bored way too early, the game features a variety of different tracks, each one of which is set in a different environment. Hence, you can dash through craters on the Moon, marvel at the sea in Bora Bora, or avoid hypothermia in the caves of Iceland. However, since nothing changes in terms of gameplay, boredom is certain to make its appearance sooner or later.
The lack of steering and the minimal input required from the driver is what makes the game so difficult to enjoy for longer than five minutes, because no one can be entertained by the gimmick for too long. In fact, you can probably learn how to obtain the best speeds from the first two runs, which means that you quickly lose interest in doing the same thing over and over again.
If you only have a few minutes to spare every day and you are not much of a video games fan, then GraviTire 3D can be quite fun in short doses. However, if you are aware of how games should look and feel like, then this is definitely not something you would want in your library.
