Firefighting Simulator Demo
Examine the famous Rosenbauer T-Rex from every possible angle in this teaser for the upcoming Firefighting Simulator #Rosenbauer T-Rex #Firefighter truck #Firefighter sim #Firefighter #Sim #Simulator
The reason people have come so far in terms of society and technology is thanks to the fact that we work together and help each other when things get rough. There are persons out there who put their own safety at risk in order to rescue people in danger, such as soldiers, policemen or firefighters, and sometimes we take them for granted.
Firefighting Simulator is an upcoming game that allows you to see what it takes to fight fire and put yourself in danger in order to save lives. The title promises action-packed gameplay and insanely detailed vehicles that mimic real life, so it should be quite a treat for those of you who always wanted a simulator on the subject. On the other hand, the demo at hand is merely a showroom with no actual gameplay.
Hence, you only get to take a close look at one of the vehicles that will be available in the full game, namely the Rosenbauer T-Rex, an American fire truck everyone should be familiar with from the movies. Hence, you can admire it from a variety of viewpoints, as well as even get inside the cabin and take a look at all the buttons and switches that make the incredible machine tick.
The camera is somewhat bound to the viewpoints you click on, but you can still use the mouse to pan the view and get a better look. There’s even an automatic tour that takes you all around the machine without having to click once, but the other cameras are fun to play with as well. It’s obviously a bit of a bummer that you cannot take the truck out for a spin, but then again you should come to terms with this before even installing the demo.
The graphics are definitely great, especially since the game uses Unreal Engine 4 to render the world and the vehicles. The Rosenbauer is extremely detailed and nicely designed, since every bump and button is in its right place. We can only hope that the environments are going to be just as detailed, but then again there’s also the matter of optimization, because too much detail can lead to performance issues.
This showroom demo is enough to get your adrenaline flowing, but Firefighting Simulator is far from ready for the public at this point. Hence, the developers plan on releasing the game sometime in 2018, so there’s quite a bit of waiting left to be done.
