Pocket Avenger is an action runner in which you take the role of a survivor during a massive zombie outbreak.

Before starting to run through the busy scenery filled with thousands of flesh eating zombies, you will have to equip your character with a weapon, armor and a special weapon to give him a fighting chance.

The world in Pocket Avenger is quite large and it's divided into multiple areas, each ending with a powerful boss that you'll have to defeat in order to advance. The scenery is also varied and takes you from arid wastelands to large cities, frozen areas, and even to the pyramids.

Before staring each mission you will find yourself camped at the main HQ that features various buildings which offer all the items needed for your adventure.

The weapons also come in different flavors, from handguns to machine guns, shotguns and bows that can be unlocked through level progression and HQ upgrades.

The main resources used to purchase any in-game item is food but, you can speed up any upgrade using vaccines which can be gathered during missions or purchased with real-life money from the store.

Researches also play an important role in Pocket Avenger, as they allow you to unlock special weapons, such as chainsaws, that will help you get rid of entire groups of zombies with a single swipe.

Another interesting aspect is that not every run follows the same path and while in some you just need to shoot zombies and avoid obstacles, others will require you to run from a bunch of angry zombies or rescue survivors.

Bottom line, Pocket Avenger is an addictive runner that offers lots of awesome content with every level played. Moreover, the game world is huge and if you're tired of shooting zombie heads alone you can always team up with your friends to battle more powerful bosses.
