Mega Man X3

Mega Man X3 is the third installment in the popular video game series and this time you play not only Mega Man X but also Zero. In this release you will have to defeat Dr Doppler along with your old nemesis Sigma.

The game begins with a full scale attack of the Mavericks on the human species and immediately, the two hunters are there to repel the assault. Mega Man X and Zero manage to destroy the hostile robots and set off to capture Dr Doppler in order to completely annihilate the enemy force.

After the scientist is defeated, he confesses that he was forced by Sigma to create a new robot body for him so he can upload himself to it and escape the virus form in which he existed. Nonetheless you and your ally manage to defeat the evil mastermind but not after a long and difficult journey.

In Mega Man X3 you will have to play eight chapters and defeat a boss at the end of each one before you get a shot at a fight with Sigma. Every competed section grants an upgrade which will make you more powerful and prepare you for the upcoming final battle.

Mega Man X comes with a complete arsenal of moves which are perfect for direct combat as well as evasive maneuvers. He can charge his X-Buster to deliver a deadly blow, dash at his enemies and climb walls with great speed.

Although each major stage you complete guarantees an upgrade, you will have to keep an eye out for secret areas because there are a lot of power-ups that you can collect and use to your advantage.

With a decade behind it, Mega Man X3 can still offer a great experience for those who love action-platformers. Its graphics may be outdated but it still is a beautiful game to play regardless of age.
