Dream Arcade: The Lost Lands of the Sky for Windows 8

The Lost Lands of the Sky is short game part of a collection of 30 mini-games created by various developers for the Dream Arcade exhibition organized by Light Grey Art Lab.

In The Lost Lands of the Sky you take the role of a nameless adventurer who, after a long voyage aboard his airship, has finally found the legendary floating isles of Noor-manak-la.

As you set foot on this magical realm you will soon discover that this place is the home of lots of restless spirits. Besides wondering the world without any purpose, these spirits also act as guardians of the Noor-manak-la isles, protecting the treasures hidden within its ancient temples.

Your quest in this strange realm is to find the six keys of Anadula while making sure you will finish the journey alive. For that you will have to use your skills to jump from one island to the other along with your pistol to quickly dispose of the enemies you encounter.

As you delve deeper, you will encounter more powerful foes, such as the mighty stone golems, who will try to stop you from leaving this place alive. Grabbing the sixth and final key will attract a few more monsters towards you in a final attack that you'll have to survive in order to reach the gate and escape this place.

Although The Lost Lands of the Sky is a very short game, the title has potential to become a great adventure that could take you to unthinkable places around this magical world.
