Dragons and Titans
Ride powerful dragons and use them to defeat your enemies in this competitive MOBA #Dragon battle #Dragon moba #Multiplayer strategy #Moba #Dragon #Titan
If there’s one thing people never seem to get enough of in fantasy stories, it’s dragons. Classic D&D games usually featured a lot of them, and they were notoriously difficult to kill. However, there are also examples of situations where gamers had to cooperate with dragons or even use them in battle, and it’s just as awesome to ride a dragon as it is to slay it.
Dragons and Titans is a MOBA in which heroes are replaced with dragons, and you get to use their powers in fast-paced battles with other players. As with every other MOBA out there, the goal is to make the most out of your abilities and eliminate the opposing team, while gaining experience and making your dragon even stronger. Since this is a free-to-play title, you should expect microtransactions, although it is entirely possible to obtain the same items and rewards by simply playing a lot.
In short, your goal is to defeat other players and accomplish various objectives across the few maps that are available in the rotation. Obviously, you play as a dragon, and there are many kinds to choose from, depending on whether you want to spit fire, ice, poison, or various other nasty substances. Only a handful of dragons are available to you at first, but you can purchase more by hoarding in-game currency.
Each dragon has two skills that allow you to attack opponents, but you can extend your palette by equipping legendary weapons. In fact, you are somewhat forced to always have a powerful weapon equipped, otherwise you won’t be able to compete with everyone else. Hence, you also have to grind in order to afford those as well, which is not exactly pleasant most of the time.
As for the visual quality and the general level design, the dragons themselves are quite detailed and nicely designed, which makes it a blast to acquire more of them and see them in combat. The same goes for the special effects and the spells, but the maps are not as exciting as they need to be to keep players engaged for long periods of time. The controls are a bit shaky, especially when it comes to the targeting system.
In the end, Dragons and Titans is not exactly a bad idea, but it’s not very well balanced, and there’s not enough content to keep you busy for long. Moreover, the controls are a tad too imprecise for a fast-paced strategy game.
