Civilization II returns with all new adventures to complete. Included is the original Civilization II, which now extends into the Centaurus Star System. The Universe of Lalande 21185 & The World of Midgard are also added. That's 10 worlds in total, as well as internet and LAN play for up to 7 players.

Civilization II is a turn-based strategy game where you attempt to lead your people to success by either conquering the world or being the first civilization to have your spaceship reach another planet. You begin the game in 4000 BC with a group of settlers and knowledge of a few early scientific advancements. Civilization II allows you to found cities and manage them through a variety of ways. Contact with other civilizations opens up the game a great deal by allowing alliances to be formed, the trading of advancements and the beginning of conflicts that can lead to war.

The addition of two new universes gives you new terrain and graphics to play with, and larger worlds mean even more intricate gameplay. Map your cultural progress and make sweeping strategic decisions, trying to create the perfect society for your inhabitants. This time out, you can even try your luck with an alien colony or attempt to conquer the solar system.
