AirMech Strike

Giant robots have always been a cool subject, both in movies, cartoons, video games, and most recently, actual real-life combat situations. With this ever-present popularity, its no wonder that there are games that would like to capitalize on the genre. Few games manage to do it successfully, and one of them is AirMech Strike, the PvP-oriented follow-up of the already famous Airmech.

AirMech Strike features a DotA-style gameplay with transforming robots each with their unique stats and abilities. Fast-paced action and shorter game lengths keep the battle intense! You may choose your AirMech and your Units to take into battle and help your team claim victory, while also unlocking custom Variant AirMechs (skins) to have a unique look in-game. It doesn't matter what platform you want to play the game on since it supports both mouse/keyboard and Xbox 360 gamepad. Controls can also be completely customized for personal preference.

The game's tutorial is comprehensive enough so that the unusual combat mode or resource gathering methods are fully explained, so you don't have to worry about trying to figure out what exactly is going on. AirMech strike offers fast-paced combat, and its mostly recommended for players that have quick reaction times, especially since this version of the AirMech series is PvP oriented. The main difference between this game and the original title is the new UI, camera angle, and control set. AirMech Strike has been optimized for PvP, with the other, additional features being trimmed off to keep it sleek and streamlined.

AirMech Strike does the series justice in that it manages to deliver the same adrenaline-filled thrill ride while focusing more and the aspect of Player versus Player.
