Before even considering downloading this game, you should know that the graphics are 2D, therefore they will be very kind on whatever video card your PC may have. This doesn't mean that the game is cheap from a graphics point of view. You'll be surprised by how nice the animations are, and how great the cartoonish art-style is. Veteran players may even find similarities between this game's art style and the old "Tycoon" series, such as Rollercoaster Tycoon.

All city sims start in a similar fashion: you have a house, then a street, then an entire block, and sooner or later you have something the size of New York City. This is something you'll experience with 2020: My Country as well, as you are guided to build the greatest country that ever was. As far as time management goes, the game is pretty forgiving, as it allows both short play sessions where you give some commands and need to return in a couple of hours, as well as operations that are done in a few minutes and require your full attention.
