Penumbra Overture +3 Trainer

Penumbra Overture is already a classic of the horror genre, especially when it comes to the gameplay mechanics and the story. However, most gamers remember it because of the incredible atmosphere and sense of dread that followed you around everywhere you went, mainly because you had no way to defend yourself most of the time.

Hence, running away from danger was your only escape, which feels a lot more real than when you have dozens of weapons to choose from and tons of ammunition for them. The monsters are nothing too crazy either, since even common wolves can scare you to death under the right circumstances.

Besides staying alive and moving quietly, your other task was to solve puzzles using the environment to your advantage. Object interaction is very hands-on in the game, since you actually have to push, pull or rotate items in order to get the desired results. This adds a lot to the atmosphere, especially since you truly feel like you are part of the story.

Unfortunately, frustration enters the picture as well if you do not pay enough attention to the environment and you find yourself open to enemy attacks. It doesn't take much to die after an encounter, so this trainer can make things a lot easier for you if you just want to see how the story unfolds. Hence, infinite health should make all your problems disappear, but you can also take advantage of infinite energy if you want to forget about finding batteries as well.
