Game Tycoon 2 is a simulator that allows you to be in charge of a game studio and see whether you have the right ideas to make great games and a fortune at the same time. You can enjoy the game as a casual fan as well, but the mechanics require a bit of practice before you are able to avoid bankruptcy. It also helps if you are somewhat familiar with the industry and what's required to attract the gamers.

There are three different characters to choose from, and each one of them has different skills that might come in handy over the course of the game. However, the most important thing is still your ability to produce the right types of games. You can also tackle missions along the way too, so it's not as disorienting as it may sound.

The interface allows you to see the entire garage/studio and move around freely, which makes it easy to keep an eye on everyone and your projects. Unfortunately, the gimmick gets old after a while, and the annoying interface makes everything take longer than needed. The gameplay does not evolve that much along the way.

Hence, in case you just want to see what's possible later on in the game but you do not have the patience to go through the game at its normal pace. Hence, you can make use of this trainer to add as much money as you need, which in turn allows you to never worry about rent or salaries, and you still get to see the end game content.
