Astrox: Hostile Space Excavation is a sandbox adventure game with action and sim elements, in which you start with a basic spaceship and use it to advance over the course of the story. It is also possible to explore entire galaxies and gather resources, as well as follow the course of the story in order to find out more about the universe and the characters.

As you progress through the game you can unlock more ships, and they can also be equipped with better weapons and other instruments. Artifacts are part of the equation as well, since they can be found all over the galaxy if you enjoy exploring. They are generated to be as intriguing as possible every time, but you still need to fight in order to acquire them, otherwise the whole thing would be rather boring.

As the name of the game clearly implies, there's a fair bit of mining involved as well. In fact, that is your main activity in the beginning of the game, since your ship is too weak to do much else. However, mining remains important even after you get a lot more powerful, except that you get to excavate a lot more resources, as well as more precious materials with your shiny new tools.

However, there's a fair bit of grind involved in the process, which is why newcomers might not have the patience to go through the game at a normal pace. In such cases, you can make use of this trainer to speed things along, and there are eight possible cheats to choose from. Whether you want infinite shields, fuel or energy, everything is but a click away, which makes things a lot easier to handle.
