XCOM 2 is set to arrive during November, but the development team at Firaxis has not offered an extended video look at the gameplay of the title until now, when a new 10-minute-long piece of footage from E3 2015 was made available to the community.

Fans of the title can see an entirely new stealth system in action, which is designed to allow gamers to move their characters through the level to scout enemy positions before they actually commit to an attack.

The missions are centered around an Advent landmark that gamers will have to take out in order to weaken the occupying force.

The new character classes, more weapons, extra enemies and other improvements for XCOM 2 are all shown in the video, which also highlights the graphical upgrade that the title will deliver.

The game is being delivered only on the PC in order to give developers the space they need to introduce a range of upgraded features, including procedurally-generated levels and a bigger strategic layer.

XCOM 2 is based on the premise that humanity has actually lost the war against the aliens, and a small force, housed in a mobile base, now needs to find a way to take the planet back from the invaders.
