The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt owners will be able to download the long-awaited update 1.07 for the RPG in the next 24 hours across PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms, according to developer CD Projekt Red.

The Witcher 3 arrived back in May and delighted millions of PC, PS4, and Xbox One users all around the world. Since then, the game has received not just lots of free downloadable content, in the form of items, quests, or outfits, but also different patches, which solved glitches and bugs while improving certain features.

For the last two weeks, CD Projekt Red has hyped up the debut of patch 1.07 for The Witcher 3 but declined to offer any sort of time frame for its actual launch.

Now, after teasing fans earlier today, CD Projekt Red Community Manager Marcin Momot confirms on Twitter that The Witcher 3 update 1.07 will be available for download in the next 24 hours.

As such, fans across PC, PS4, and Xbox One should be met with a prompt to transfer the major patch in the very near future.

Once the new update is live across all platforms and in all regions, the studio will make a formal announcement.
