A couple of important games are about to land

A couple of important games are about land on the PC platform, and Nvidia has released a new driver, 361.75.

It’s been almost a full month since the previous driver launch from Nvidia, but that’s understandable since it overlapped the holidays. New games are launching in this period, and Nvidia is ready with a set of new drivers.

There is no information or specific details about the new drivers, with the exception of two games, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Tom Clancy’s The Division (Beta).

“Prior to a new title launching, our driver team is working up until the last minute to ensure every performance tweak and bug fix possible makes it into the Game Ready driver,” the announcement reads.

As usual, if you already have Nvidia Geforce Experience installed, you’re going to get this update anyway. Also, it’s worth noting that Rise of the Tomb Raider is launching today, January 28, and Tom Clancy’s The Division on March 8. The new driver is aimed at the upcoming Beta version, which also landed on PCs as well.

From the looks of it, users with at least the GeForce 400 series will receive the update for the new driver. It’s unlikely that gamers with video cards older than this one will be able to play either of these games at a reasonable framerate.
