Video game developer Hello Games is delivering a new trailer for No Man's Sky, which is designed to show potential players the wide array of content the title can deliver, although no new details about the experience are offered.

The footage continues to show the kind of content that gamers will be able to explore, with a focus on the beautiful and strange planets the game engine can generate.

The game has long been impressing those who receive demos during events like E3 2015, but the development team has been finding it harder to communicate the essence of the experience to those who only watch trailers and read interviews about it.

No Man's Sky will allow players to use their personalized spaceship to travel through a huge number of solar systems, discovering and cataloguing new planets and life forms.

They can also harvest resources, taking care not to destroy the balance of any of the places they visit, in order to make progress towards the center of the galaxy.

No Man's Sky will be offered on both the PlayStation 4 and the PC and has not yet received a launch date, although gamers will probably get access to it in the first few months of next year.
