Capcom confirms that it won't lock the framerate of the upcoming Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen title on PC. The studio confirms that it will have the regular graphics options seen in other Capcom titles on PC and that more details will be shared soon enough.

Dragon's Dogma appeared back in 2012 on PS3 and Xbox 360, and then saw an expanded Dark Arisen re-release on the same platforms in 2013. Since then, PC users have asked Capcom many times to bring the medieval fantasy role-playing experience onto their own platform, but the Japanese company showed little interest in such a thing.

Yesterday, Capcom confirmed that it is, in fact, bringing Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen onto the PC platform. The Japanese company released a few screenshots and promised that the new version of the RPG will boast better visuals and various refinements.

Now, after being assaulted with technical questions, one of Capcom's representatives confirms on NeoGAF that the PC version of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is going to feature an unlocked framerate.

The studio mentions that the title runs on the traditional MT Framework engine and that the usual graphics options for PC will be present, just like in past games powered by the technology.

More actual details and technical specifications are going to be shared as we get closer to the debut of the RPG on PC in January 2016.
