Video game developer EA Sports is delivering a new trailer for NHL 16, which is designed to show gamers the way the gameplay of the coming hockey simulation has been tweaked in order to deliver a balanced approach, with a mix of offensive and defensive choices for gamers.

The footage is taken using the dynamic medium camera for the title, with a Hardcore game style and the All-Star difficulty.

EA Sports states, "Built with more input from our fans than ever before, NHL 16 steps onto the ice to deliver new features across the most played single player and team modes, including a reimagined EA Sports Hockey League."

NHL 16 is offering more options regardless of the position that gamers choose to use and makes playing as a team more important than ever.

EA Sports says that it is trying to make sure that the hockey team does not have any of the issues the community was forced to deal with last year.

The game will be launched on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One on September 15, while older home consoles will get access to Legacy versions, which will miss some features.

Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane, Stanley Cup winners with the Chicago Blackhawks, are the cover athletes.
