The development team at EA Sports is getting ready for the moment when its many sports simulations will be launched, and a new video linked to NHL 16 is designed to offer gamers information about the Be a General Manager mode and about the impact morale will have on the performance of a team.

The studio explains, "Each player on your NHL and AHL team has a different personality that you will have to manage. Deal with trade demands, teammate relationships, and much more by calling team meetings or adjusting your roster to affect directly your team’s on-ice performance."

NHL 16 is still keeping the focus on the action that takes place on the ice, with gamers able to use a range of new mechanics in order to defeat their enemies using solid control and superior tactical thinking.

But EA Sports is also aiming to improve the management element of its hockey simulation.

The Ultimate Team mode is also getting an upgrade, offering gamers more options when it comes to choosing their team and the competitions it can enter.

NHL 16 will be out on September 15 on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, while Legacy versions will also be offered on older consoles.

Those who have an EA Access account will be able to play the game a few days earlier and test out the core mechanics.
