Assassin's Creed Syndicate is the latest game in the Assassin's Creed, and it was released for the PC platform on November 19. The first major DLC for the game, Jack the Ripper, has finally landed.

Despite the overly simplified combat mechanics, the new Assassin's Creed Syndicate has succeeded in keeping the community interested, and it looks like Ubisoft has managed to get past the embarrassment of the previous Assassin's Creed Unity, which landed with major technical issues and which was destroyed on Metacritic.

"Twenty years after Evie and Jacob Frye have taken London from Templar control; the city is plagued by a series of the most horrific crimes Scotland Yard has ever seen. The killer, whose abominable acts of murder and mutilation came to shock the world, was known as Jack the Ripper, the world’s first and most infamous serial killer," reads the Steam entry.

Considering the action of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, they had to touch upon the story of Jack the Ripper. The only problem is that Jack the Ripper was active many years after the events in the original game, so they had to push forward for 20 years.

Players will return to London as a Master Assassin, who will be helped by the Indian Brotherhood. There is no indication about the length of this DLC, but it shouldn't be all that short since it costs $14.99 (€14.99).

You will need to have uPlay installed in order to play this Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Jack the Ripper DLC.
