The development team at EA Sports has delivered a range of new information about FIFA 16 during the Gamescom 2015 event, and the company is also offering fans of the football simulation a trailer designed to celebrate the start of the new season.

The studio uses some beautiful slow motion shots to reveal how the coming title will try to reflect the impressive moments that the real world sport can create.

Earlier during the day, EA Sports announced that it was improving the Career mode in FIFA 16 by adding options for pre-season tournaments, more options for training between matches, and tweaks to make transfers more realistic.

There are also improvements to the actual action on the pitch, including a new no touch dribbling move inspired by Lionel Messi.

For the Ultimate Team mode, the studio is introducing a new Draft experience.

Gamers will be able to select a formation, a captain and 23 players before playing four match tournaments that will deliver a range of rewards.

FIFA 16 will be out on September 22 in the United States and two days later in Europe and can be enjoyed on the PC, the PlayStation and the Xbox One, with limited Legacy versions for older consoles.
