Everyone can use mods with this simple tool

Installing mods in Fallout 4 is not difficult, but it takes a little bit of effort. A developer built a nice tool that automates the process, which takes care of the entire endeavor.

The Fallout 4 Mod Manager is a really nice tool for the game with the same name. It will take a while until Bethesda gets Workshop support in Steam or until the Nexus Mod Manager is also usable.

The manual installation process for mods in Fallout 4 is not all that difficult, but some of the beginners might find it challenging to keep track of everything. This way, users can see at all times what they are using, the version of the mod installed, and activate them one by one.

The application copies the necessary files straight to the Fallout folder, so there is no need to keep the archives. It's also possible to clean all the mods from the system if users want to have the vanilla version once more.

The only problem is that people will need to check for mod updates manually, but that's not all that much of a hassle. Things will probably change after the release of the editor for the Creation Engine, but we'll have to wait until spring for that one.
