Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to receive its second big story-based downloadable content pack next week, on August 11, in the form of The Descent, which, as you can see in the video below, takes players to the legendary Deep Roads.

Dragon Age: Inquisition delivered a sprawling role-playing experience that brought forth not only a great single-player story campaign but also a pretty intense cooperative multiplayer mode.

Since then, BioWare has released different free and premium DLC packs, bringing new multiplayer content, single-player gear, or even new adventures, like the Jaws of Hakkon add-on.

Now, the second major story-based expansion has just been revealed in the form of The Descent.

As you can see in the video below, the new DLC takes players and their party to the Deep Roads in order to face not just the regular Darkspawn enemies but also all sorts of new foes. Plenty of new areas and major mysteries are teased by BioWare, so fans have plenty of reasons to invest in the add-on.

The Descent DLC for Inquisition launches worldwide on August 11 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms. On the Xbox One, those with EA Access membership can save 10% on the base price, which for now is still a mystery.
