Destiny developer Bungie confirms that it's going to award the pre-order bonus items to The Taken King owners on September 15, when the actual expansion goes live inside the popular multiplayer shooter. These include the Suros weapons, the Emblem, and the Shader.

Destiny launched back in September of last year, and since then, developer Bungie has released a lot of different free updates, not to mention a couple of major expansions, in the form of The Dark Below and House of Wolves.

Right now, after releasing update 2.0 yesterday, Bungie is putting the finishing touches on the third big expansion for Destiny, The Taken King.

In order to get fans hyped up about the big add-on, the studio has elaborated on its major features, not to mention the various improvements it brings to the online shooter.

It's also offered some unique goodies for all those who pre-ordered the expansion's many different versions. These include new emotes, special emblems, and many other things.

While some are now live with the recent patch, others are coming next week. Bungie confirms on Twitter that it's going to let players access the Suros weapons, the special emblem, as well as the shader on September 15, when the actual expansion goes live for all owners to download.

Some fans confirm that they already have access to some of these things but it seems that the majority have to wait.
