Video game developer Bungie is announcing that Destiny is now back online after its extensive Monday morning maintenance period, and the developers are saying that most gamers are free to launch the game and resume their activities.

An official Twitter message also reveals that Beaver errors are affecting some gamers, and the studio explains that an investigation is ongoing and a solution will be implemented as soon as possible.

Bungie has already said that the maintenance for the social shooter was not designed to introduce any new features or to tweak any mechanics but to lay the ground work for future updates for the experience.

The company is preparing to implement some pretty big changes in The Taken King, and Destiny needs to have an upgrade linked to the infrastructure before they can be delivered.

The studio explains that Beaver "can be caused by connection quality issues (such as packet loss, ISP saturation, or general Internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, faulty in-home wiring, or other issues that require on-site support or expert investigation."

The Taken King for Destiny will be introduced on September 15 on all platforms, and the company says that it will introduce a powerful new enemy called Oryx and will allow gamers to visit his impressive dreadnought.

UPDATED: The problems have been eliminated relatively quickly by the developers.
