Battleborn, the upcoming first-person action experience from Gearbox Software and 2K Games, has just received a full-fledged 23-minute gameplay video, showcasing the demonstration the two companies prepared for E3 2015 earlier this month.

Gearbox Software impressed many with the Borderlands series and now the studio is focusing on Battleborn, a first-person action game that includes both single-player and multiplayer components, while focusing more on online competitive and cooperative gameplay.

At E3 2015, Gearbox and publisher 2K brought forth a story mission from Battleborn, in which players take control of five different characters and try to complete a challenging task.

In the 23-minute gameplay video, you can see quite a few interesting characters in action, not to mention a brief but thorough presentation of the whole Battleborn experience.

The stylized visuals make a good impression and the action is intense enough to keep everyone on their toes while going up against AI-controlled foes.

You can expect to see and hear much more of Battleborn as we get closer to its release this winter across PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms worldwide.

Bear in mind that the gameplay footage in the video below is from an in-development build and things can change, in some regards, ahead of the game's actual launch.
