The team at ZeniMax Online working on The Elder Scrolls Online says that it plans to launch the new adventure zone for the MMO, called Craglorn, before the end of the week, which probably means that it will be implemented during one of the maintenance periods set for late on Thursday.

At the moment, the content is offered on the Public Test Server and the team is putting the finishing touches on it.

Paul Sage, a creative director working on The Elder Scrolls Online, tells IGN that his team is aiming to deliver new, quality content every six to eight weeks, but real-world concerns might interfere with the plans.

He adds, “I think we’re still at the tail-end of six weeks, I could be wrong there, it’s all a blur! But we’re either in the sixth week or the seventh with this update and I believe our next update is fairly on schedule.”

Carglorn is a high-level adventure zone that will test the skills of even the best developed characters.

The Elder Scrolls Online is offered on the PC at the moment and has a six-month-long delay on the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.
