Zen Studios has announced the upcoming release of their latest Zen Pinball 2 table, themed after a popular series that deals with a apocalypse survival scenario in which the dead start walking around like they shouldn't.

The Walking Dead table is the result of the partnership between Zen Studios, Telltale Games and Robert Kirkman, the creator of the original comic that the AMC show and the narrative-driven adventure game are based on.

The Zen Studios announcement informs that the upcoming digital pinball table will highlight the story and player choice-driven gameplay of The Walking Dead: Season One, delivering the journey on the playfield in a thematic manner.

Players will be able to spot locations such as Clementine's treehouse, Everett's pharmacy in Macon, and the walker-infested streets of Savannah, in an authentic experience inspired by Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season One.

The Walking Dead pinball table features choice-driven gameplay that spans all five episodes of Season One, together with original story dialogue from the award-winning cast.

Scenarios will include various problematic choices for players to tackle, such as scavenging for food and supplies, acquiring important items, who to save and who to leave behind during a walker attack, and navigating through the horde in an oncoming walker breach.

The Walking Dead pinball table will become available for download sometime later this summer, on Zen Studios pinball platforms across console, mobile and PC stores.
