One of the geographical areas that are getting access to the Xbox One home console in September is the Middle East and it seems that Microsoft has plans to deliver some local entertainment applications to gamers alongside a full lineup of video games.

The Gulf division of the company is quoted by IGN as saying that users will be able to get access to the YouTube and the Twitch applications that everyone else is using and to specific additions like ICFlix, Du TV, and Al Jazeera.

The company says that more local content is also under development and will be announced at a later date and other international apps might be added if they get native support for the Middle East.

The standard Xbox One can at the moment be pre-ordered in the area and the version that players will get is the one that lacks a Kinect motion tracking system but includes five free games: Forza Motorsport 5, FIFA 15, Halo Spartan Assault, Max Curse of the Brotherhood, and Lococyle.

A Day One package includes Kinect and replaces Forza with the Sports Rivals title from Rare.

In September, the Xbox One will also be launched in both India and China and Microsoft is expecting to see a spike in sales during the month.
