14 DAY TRIAL // Hardware maker Microsoft and the GoPro brand announce that a special app will be launched on both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 home consoles in order to give players access to a special channel with content curated by the companies.
The official announcement explains that, “The GoPro Channel App on Xbox allows you to stream on-demand GoPro video content to Xbox Live members worldwide. It also enables them to purchase GoPro cameras and accessories directly through the App.”
The Xbox 360 version of the app will be offered first in late spring and those who have an Xbox One will have to wait until the middle of summer.
The channel is designed to show off the incredible footage that can be created using GoPro cameras, which are designed to be lightweight and easy to attach to a variety of devices.
