Larry Hryb, aka Major Nelson, the leading community manager at Microsoft, is delivering an official video that's designed to show off the improvements that are set to be part of the firmware update that will be offered in March for the Xbox One.

The footage features Richard Irving, one of the leading designers working on the next-gen console, and features a look at the way both the multiplayer matchmaking and the party features will be modified in order to improve the experience of the gamer.

The Xbox One firmware update is set to be launched on March 4 in order to be fully implemented by all players before the launch of the new Titanfall first-person shooter, which is developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts.

For the February update, Microsoft encountered some deployment problems, so users might need to wait a few days after March 4 in order to get the improved features.

The company has promised that it will deliver more features for its next-gen home console throughout 2014, all of them based on the feedback coming from the community.

Twitch streaming integration has also been confirmed as coming in early March via a dedicated application.
