The much-awaited firmware update for the Xbox One home console is now rolling out and Microsoft says that all gamers should get access to it during the weekend, most likely the first time they turn it off and on again.

Larry Hryb, aka Major Nelson, writes on his official blog that, "the console automatically checks for updates when customers turn it off. This means now that we’ve made the February update available, the next time you turn your console off it will take the update during off-peak hours in your local time."

The first major firmware update for the Xbox One is designed to introduce a new storage management option, an indicator for the controller battery and support for a UYSB keyboard.

The Microsoft home console will also get a new patch on March 4, with changes made to the party system and matchmaking that are designed to improve the experience that gamers will have with Titanfall.
