The emphasis that Microsoft is placing on transmedia products on the Xbox One is underlined by the reveal that the company is looking to hire a creative producer that will be in charge of designing content for the title.

The Official Xbox Magazine says that the company aims to hire an “experienced producer, from the gaming and/or other entertainment industry, with exceptional creative, collaborative, and diplomatic skills to join us in developing and crafting new, long-term, transmedia IPs for the entire Microsoft Studios portfolio.”

The job advert comes after rumors surfaced that Microsoft and Crytek were working together to create a live action series based on Ryse: Son of Rome.

We already know that Steven Spielberg himself is working on a series that will be based on the world of Halo and Master Chief.

The Xbox One will be launched on November 22 on 13 core markets for a price of 499 dollars.
